I have been overweight my whole life and I was ready for a new change. I am 28 and newly married. My husband and I would like to have children in a few years and I knew I couldn't have a baby at this weight. I was physically uncomfortable on a daily basis and didn't like feeling like that every day. I am ready for this lifestlye change but at the same time very nervous. My husband is in the Army and is currently on deployment in Kuwait and will be home Sept 2010. It will be 7 months after my surgery that he will see me for the first time so I hope to be a brand new person for his homecoming.
