I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 188 POUNDS SINCE MAY 10th 2010 - IT IS NOW NOV 16th 2012 . SEEMS LIKE A LONG TIME BUT IT AINT -- THANKS ( LAP-BAND ) .. FROM 478 POUNDS TO 290 POUNDS IS A GREAT STEP TOWARD WHERE I WANT TO BE !!!! I WOULD LOVE TO SEE 210 or 200 IN ONE MORE YEAR . I CAN DO IT - BUT IT AINT EASY BEING A TRUCK DRIVER ..... LOL BUT I'M NOT GOING TO QUIT !!! TRYING

AS OF 6-2-12 I HAVE LOST 179 POUND'S

WELL !! IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE BEEN ON HERE .. BUT I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 179 POUND'S AS OF 6-2-12 .... I AM SO PROUD OF MY SELF !! THANKS TO ALL MY FRIEND'S AND FAMLIY FOR ALL THE PRAY'ERS SENT MY WAY .. STARTED @ 478 POUNDS AND NOW @ 297 .. YEE-AWW

Congratulations!! To you ... you look so HAPPY . and i am happy for you .. I have lost a total of 59 pounds ...17 pounds sence my banding .. 5-10-10 so i think that is good .. it just has not gone to fast sence .. but i am trying .. my 1st fill is 6-22-10 ( good luck to you . ) the 41 pounds was befor my surgery ..lol :thumbup:
