i was on a pre-op diet a suger buster diet they called it . to help shrink the liver .. befor surgery . i lost 41 pounds in sence march 31st. and i was not hard on my self at all i was supriced i lost that much it just fell off .. My surgery was may 10 th also . and i am sore still but doing pretty good .. can not eat much ..

i can not say yes or no .. but i had my surgery monday . and i have been sore where they done the cuts it kinda feels like i got hit by a baseball bat . in the tummy . but it is not real bad .. i can not eat much myself .. i havt to make myself drink the amount the wont you too drink .. but i can not hardly do it .. i know my band has not been tightened up yet i go in 5 more weeks for that then i thank it will be hard to intake any water .. keep me enformed how you doing and i will do the same .. chicking broth is good .. not crazy about beef broth but try some sometimes it's ok . chicking is better.. fiber drink mix is good . and alot of water .. is all i have been doing .. -
4 weeks befor surgery .. started at 478 pounds . this pic i was at 441 pounds . on my suger buster diet ..

I am still sore as HEK . today but im going to be OK . I hope .. Had my sugery done monday 5-10-10 .. :thumbup:

Just had my surgery today .. and so-far doing great .. alittle sore-ness.. but i guess everybody does that .

well i have sad news .. for my self anyway .. i have been sick with a BAD kindney infection.. for more then 4 days .. so meaning i am going to have 't to reset my surgery appointment .. so i will post new date soon .. wish me luck ..

Hello !! I have just went to the dr. on the 31st of march and got a good mesage .. i will be meeting to have my pre-opp done on the 14th of april and the surgery is on the 23rd. of april ..I am so ready .. i have lost 23 pounds sence march 13th and feel so good . my weight was at 478 and now it is at 455 man i feel better ..
