After being on MANY diets over the years, and being fairly successful a few times, only to backslide into terrible eating habits and emotional eating...I chose LapBand surgery in Decamber 2004.  I have never regretted that choice.  I did lose 75 lbs over a period of 1 - 1 1/2 years.  However, I did my backslide thing again, and regained weight.  Choices are everything, even after surgery.I have a fill scheduled on March 2 2010, unless the doctor decides to do it w/flouroscopy, then the fill would be as soon as can be scheduled. I'm not proud of myself, but am proud that I've decided to begin using my 'tool' again to it's fullest.I'm looking forward doing good, positive things for my health again!! Linda
