I would assume for most heavy people my story doesn't just start with LapBand surgery. My story starts as early as my childhood as a heavy kid and keeps going as long as I am alive. However I have got to a point where my body structure can no longer support my high weight. I haven't felt good for about 2 years but always thought I could control how my body reacted to my weight. Well my weight as won for the last couple of year but I have chosen to take back control! I am happy that I made the decision to not necessarily get small but just to get to a healthy weight. I am on my way and can't wait to feel healthy again. :) Butterfly Cat
