Hi... Congrats on your success as well. Every pound gets us one step closer
I work pretty closely w/ my nutritionist, so when I hit a mini plateau, we increased my calories from around 600 calories to 800-1000. Regarding exercise, that's where I'm lacking. I walk a lot more than I did, but I don't have a set regime yet. Will start w/a trainer in 2 weeks or so and will definitely up the cardio. I want to do as much as I can to avoid a ton of loose skin problems...but even if that can't be avoided, at least i'll be more fit.

I see you have had great success so far. I was banded in November and have only lost 17 lbs. I was wondering how many calories you eat in a day and how much exercise you get? Congrats on your success so far.
