I had surgery 2 years ago and in the first year I lost 50 pounds and have kept it off.  In the last year though I have not lost any weight.  I continually exercise and have taken off some inches I have not lost weight.  I have not been able to master the food portion of my plan and it should go hand in hand with my workouts to help me lose weight.  My band is not too tight as I can eat various items, just not the most healty.I struggle with getting food stuck and having to throw it up because it is uncomfortable.  Sometimes I get so tired of not being able to eat that I grab what is close and that I know will go down.  Anything crunchy goes down pretty well such as chips and cookies.  This is a horrible choice but when you are not able to eat you may take the easy way out.  I normally can eat enough to get by but my mind thinks of food all the time these days......just like the old days and I find it really hard to stick to my plan.I have been a food addict since childhood but I feel like its got the better of me once again.:(
