I have not always been overweight. Over the last approximately 9-10 years I have put on almost 100 pounds. It has been very hard physically and emotionally. I decided that in order to be the best person I can be to my husband, children and family, I need to get healthy. I know this is going to be a very difficult journey, but I am hoping that I will find a great support system, outside my family, that understands the challenges I am about to face and give me motivation throughout this journey.
