OMG! the gas pains.... AWEFUL! I had them for about 11 days. My surgery was on a Tuesday, the following Sunday I walked A LOT, and it felt worse, but that evening it all started coming out. Gas-X and Dulcolax helped a lot as well. As bad as they may feel, they will go away.. that was the only bad/worst part of this whole thing.
