when should the pre banding diet start? i am scheduled for surgery on the 24th of Feb.

2/20/10- current weight~~253 goal weight 189....

2/24/10-had gas gas gas. the gas pains are worse than the incision. i have a bubble in my chest that just wont move.

2/27/10-finally able to move the gas around. I had to flip by body back and forth in the bed like i was grilling a peice of chicken. Current weight~~246.3
