Not sure where to began. I have been over weight since i was about 25yrs old. I did all the diets on the market would lose but gain it back and more. My father did 3yrs ago i have gain about 40lbs but you could not tell me i look good in my clothes. My bff are skinny or small can shop in normal stores. Once my bff thought she was to little we were in the gap and she was because she had to order a size 6 pants and all i could get was socks or perfume. to make a long story short had a friend who bypass in '08 and in a year she drop 130lbs. then i another friend who had band done six years ago and she down 130lbs as well.  when i had my physical this year i decide it was time for me take my life back.
