I am still in the procedure selection period.  I have Kaiser insurance and they will cover a sleeve or bypass.  I think I would have to cover banding on my own.  My bariatric specialist who has worked with me on and off for years (weight down... weight up...) believes by best results long term will be the sleeve.  I have now starting to cruise the internet for more info.  Opti-fast out as I like to cook.  My Kaiser makes you go through a 12 pre-surgery class to prepare you for what is to come and to lose some weight before the surgery.
