after years of being 300 pounds plus i joined weight watchers and lost 80 pounds . that was in 2006 after 3 years the weight started comming back so at 243 pounds i went to my first meeting for the lap band . after 2 months of doctor vistis and tests and meetings i had surgery on feb 3 2010. in two weeks i have lost 12 pounds.
