I am at about 27 pounds... Can't wait to get to 199... so damn slow... Just started to "really" exercise now... do you get stuck much?

Hey!... how are you... this is such a slow process... I am down over 23 pounds and just hit my sweetspot in September... how this process speeds up now.

Hi all, I am offically banded as of 6/14. Back to work today. Feeling great. Hate the clear liquid bullshit, but just starting to feel hungry today... smellilng food at work is killing me. Got banded at West Penn by Dr. Uchal.
starting weight 244, today was 234.

I last meal'ed myself 9 pounds. I guess we better stop "last mealing" it! getting banded on June 14th. Started Pre-0p shake diet today. -
If I want to be 140, I have 100 lbs to go. I set a small goal so far of 175. I hope to have reached that by this time next year. I am getting banded on June 14th in Pittsburgh PA:blush:
