Had my lapband on 11-4-09 have lost about 50 lbs so far it has been a challenge in some area just learning to make changes in my life to make me healthier so i can be their for my children right now i do feel better i know i still have a long way to go. I have found out their are several meats i have troumle digesting just yet i have had it adjusted 2 times so far 2 time was the hardest cant eat but 2 bites at first getting better
