I was always the "skinny" girl. I never broke 100 pounds until my sophomore year in high school, I never cared about what I ate, I never worried about my weight.  Then I had my first child in 1997...the funny part is that I lost all the baby weight. It wasn't until I started using the depo provera shot (birth control injection) that I began to gain weight.  I gained 60 lbs in the 18 months after I started the depo shot but I continued to put on the weight even after I stopped taking it.  I've struggled with my weight for the past 11 years now.  I've suffered migraines, joint problems, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility, bladder issues, and diabetes.  I'm only 32 and I feel like an old lady. I've lost up to 30 pounds dieting and doing other things but the weight never stays off.  One day ab out 9 months ago I made a decision to do something about it. And here I am.
