HI guys It's been a while since I last spoke to u all. I had my surgery on Dec. 18, 2006. Everything went great! I'm almost at the six week mark. My first fill will be on Feb. 21. That seems like a long time but I really don't mind. I have been losing pretty well so far. I haven't started working out yet. Hopefully Within the next week or so I'll start something.

Great! Jen B. I haven't seen the 200's for a while myself. My surgery is still 2 months away but I am getting very excited! Good luck and have a great journey.

Hi, Guys I'm Teleah. My band date is Dec. 12. I'm excited. I am also happy to have found this site. I don't know any one who has had the lap-band. I only know by-passers. I know that this process is a much slower process. Do any of you all work out? if so does it make a difference?It's nice to have someone to talk to :grouphug: .

Hi guys I,m Teleah. I have a 12-19-06 surgery date. I'm excited and a little nervous. I keep thinking that I'm going too far. I know that I need to lose the weight but what is life going to be like after the band. My family celebrates everythig with dinner. I am going to need a lot of support. I'll keep you guys posted as to how everything goes.
