    I've told about 5 people, but ones that I needed advice from etc. When the surgery date is set I don't care who knows, quite frankly. Everyone I know, knows I've had a weight problem and am not the first to have it or the Gastric done.... Glad I have a good support group!

    Hey everyone... new here! Still going through the process of appointments etc... but I'm so excited! My cousin is at her 2 year anniversary and has nothing but good things to tell me about her experience. She told me about this site and I feel that one of the best tools you can have is a great support system. This seems like one more good tool to have on this journey..I've enjoyed reading the information here.

    I am using the Arbonne shakes as well. I did go to the Vitaminshoppe to pick up a higher protein powder to add to it. It's not the greatest with water but since I'm trying to keep the carbs down I make it through it I do add some Watkins extracts i.e. cherry, strawberry to get a lil taste of fruit. What ever it takes :wink2:
