I had my suregery on August 3, 2009.  I weighed at the time of surgery 279 pounds, I was 292 pounds when I started my 2 week pre surgery diet.  I now weigh 229 pounds and it is February 14, 2010.  I have lost a total of 63 pounds and I am feeling so much better.  I recommecnd to anyone that if they have struggled with their weight and are at their wits end to definitely look into this procedure.  It has changed my life and my health.
