Hi, I am new to this forum and am in my second of month of my six month supervised diet. I have been overweight most of my life. With the big 40 around the corner, I want to become healthy. I am anxious to get this done and start to feel better about myself. I lost about 95 pounds on my own in my early thirties and have gained it all back plus more. I just can't seem to get a hold of my weight problem long enough to have permanent results. I keep gaining and losing the same 20 pounds. Good luck to to you. I enjoy reading everyone's posts.
