If you ever need to talk or just need some I can try to be as much help as possible for you, I got my band in Feb of 2010, and I have lost 45 lbs so far, I last weighed in about 3 weeks ago, at the doctors, thats the scale I go by the one at home isn't reliable!!! lol, Well good luck and keep it up!!!
