Thanks for reading my blogs. Since my 3rd Fill untill now, I tried to do it myself, self-control, with weighting everyday. Some days I skip when I know I have not felt good, but then it evens out and I am on track. Realizing that it's a time management plan, and knowing what to look for, well it's a good feeling. I am truly happier and really content, and can't wait untill next year. Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it.
