I'm sorry to hear that you're getting negative vibes from your family....they'll get over it. Some of my family started off being apprehensive but they realized that I was committed to getting a new me. What date is your surgery? My date is Feb 25th/ I'm trying to get past this pre-op diet.

I am a teacher, too and I have the same restroom prob. I'm getting my surgery on the 25th. I started the pre-op diet two weeks ago to prepare myself. It's really hard some days drinking that shake....but hey, gotta get used to it and deal with it, Good luck -

what is sugarbusters? I am on my pre-op diet right now and I drink shakes twice a day with a meal of lean meat and green veggies. BTW congrats!

good luck, I received insurance approval Feb 5th and will have my surgery on the 25th.
