hey how are things going I have 3 teenagers 19,17,15 one gradulates this year one gradulate last year so i keep busy i just started to try to go to the gym went twice this week waLK ON TREADMILL about 20 min and some free weight just got to keep going how are you doing on weight loss are you getting any exerciseing in every little bit counts

I just wanted to find some people who were going through this. I am at my hightest weight as well 256. I have 3 kids and I just couldnt get it off..Do you have any kids? Congrats for losing all that weight. That is outstanding. You must feel great!!I cant wait to lose that much.

love to talk to you i have had my band adjusted twicw since surgery on 11-4-09 have lost 51 so far my highest weight 367 so how your adjustments going?

That is so exciting that you have lost 26 pounds.I am staying away from the scale because it depresses me when I dont lose more. Maybe stay away from the scale . Just try thinking about making yourself health. Im sure it will come off if your calorie intake is that low.I get my first fill March 4. Dont get discouraged... -
I would love some friend to go through this with.Who can understand what Im going through. Then we can bounce things off each other and see how we are feeling today.. I love reading all the posts but it would be great to have some friends on here...

Congrats on the weight lose. That is so exciting. I have not got my first fill yet. I get mine march 4. So you feel restriction now when you eat. I want to feel that because I almost feel i could eat more but I am watching my food intake.
