Hi Jasmine, hope you're doing well. You had asked how long I would be off work. I was off Mon and Tues for surgery and took the rest of the week. I just do desk work so it should be OK to return Monday. I'm lucky and have a home office so I won't have the challenge of not having access to my kitchen to get the foods I need. How do you plan to deal with that?
