    Yup what everyone else says. You are healing and getting the protein and water are a necessity. When you can have pudding a suggestion for you is to mix protein powder with sf jello instant pudding. When you go to dr make sure he gives you a list of foods and how much. Right now practice all the rules. Wendy

    Each day you will be able to do a little more especially if you try your walks more than once a day! Congrats on your weight loss!! Wendy
  7. 3 yrs no major issues. Some unfills with pouch out of shape but band good. So far so good. ( fingers crossed)

    1/2 a mini bagel is my limit but can do without it. Don't miss pasta or rice. Have sushi without it. Piza once in a while as well as cf
  9. I agree with missy and view the link itis helpful. Staying full for 4 hrs and try eating slower and chew you may see a difference. wendy

    elliptal i burn more too. I just started spin and upping the resistance in elliptical and i burn even more wendy

  22. Well today is my 3 year bandaverary. No i am not ay goal 25 lbs away. But I have had so many accomplishments in the past three years. Who would have thought i would ever bike a 1/2 marathon and the icing on the cake was i finish ahead of many of 20somethings. I made a new years resolution and have already accomplished it. (spin class). Three years ago i couldn't have done those things. I fit in places more comfortably like booths at a resturant. I ask for things done the way i want them in resturants and get them like how things are cooked, substitutions and my famous please give me a doggy bag when you give me my food. And no i don't care where we go to eat cause food isn't that important to me. I am no longer or will ever be part of the clean plate club. Color is part of my clothes choice. My pressure is down and only take 1 med. for it. This carb girl doesn't miss rice or pasta or so much bread. It has and still is a journey. We have all had our ups and downs. So if you ask me am I happy with my decision 3 yrs ago i can totally say yes. Good luck on your journey may you all be happy with your decision. Thanks for listining.
