  1. I had 2.75 out and they put a little in at a time more than at beginning but not all at once. Wendy
  2. CANNOT LOSE GRRRR Journaling,exercising,eating 4 oz of protein at meals, no bread,rice, or pasta. Tried upping protein with protein powder, switching exercise and food. Drinking my water. I feel restriction so don't think I need a fill. Refused one last mo. My nut in office is ditzy. Band' o Band what do you want me to do tell me i'll do it. 28 lbs to go ... Wendy

  4. tmf, Long story short:- Jan last yr was a fill continued losing. Oct/Nov was stuck took out 2.75 gained 5 lbs in oct nov. 10 weeks later got a 2cc fill lost 2lbs that mo. which was 2 mo ago. last mo i refused a fill even tho i didnt lose because i fill i am in gthe green. So i haven't been at my sept weight since then . Scale hasn't offically moved n 2+mo Wendy
  5. sorry your normal. BTW you are not taking the easy way out. You will be working hard. Also I go out to eat and some of the things you used to eat you will be able to eat just differently. Some things you won't and really not miss them. The smaller sizes and the healthy feeling you have will be worth it. Good luck to you and congrats with your decision. The day I went for surgery i was in the hospital and turned to my husband and said i still have time to change my mind and leave. 2+ yrs later glad i stayed and had surgery. Wendy

    pre plan and always walk around with a bottle (glass) of water (crystal lite mo or what ever you drink).you cant eat and drink sot cuts out the snacking. Also mingle. If you are putting snacks out put out stuff you are comfortable eating. Wendy

    njmomma, i feel for you. SO I was nice now get yourself together you can do it. Let me tell you a little about me may be it would help. I was in green. Doing ok. Then bam out of no where throwing up, reflux night cough. They took 2.75 out. .They said I would have to wait 10 weeks for a fill. It was so hard but i told myself not will not allow myself to gain it back. I had already put on 4 lbs. So this is what i did- I measured my food and logged my food i mean eveything even an m & M. I exercised and made sure i drank my water. I went to my fitness pal. I also went to the chat here and boards . Gained 2 lbs in 10 weeks, You can do it. Our minds are very strong but so are we.!!!!     your body is still healing. Speak to doc he may suggest a fill. Not everyone loses till first fill. After your first fill you may not feel restriction cause it takes a few. Good luck wendy
