  1. Hi and welcome. Because you haven't had any fills yet you may not feel full. Follow your dr orders and be patient. Follow the rules . This is a time of healing. You need to concentrate on changing your eating habits . This is a saying you will hear over and over. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. So if you can eat a lot doesn't mean you should eat a lot. Good Luck. Sorry for the cross outs i don't know how to get ride of it. Wendy

  8. protein first is the key. If we eat the others first we fill up and don't eat the protein or enough of it. The bigger issue is the small bites and chewing. Beef is very dense, try chopped beef or ground turkey,fish or dark meat chicken. Get out a dime or an eraser the size thats on a pencil. That is the size you should be eating. Then chew and chew some more. At the beginning i needed to be by myself to learn to eat this way. I had to concentrate on just me without conversation. Good luck!

    Urjury is good but pricy. I used the target brand, some times i mix it with sf jello instant powder.

    Bicycle Riding

    I started riding my bicycle again. I bought a new gel seat. Anyone have tips for making it anymore comfortable. I bought a cloud 9. The guy in the store said not to get the top of the line cause it isn;t much of a difference between that one and the one i bought. Wendy

    How To Through Triggers

    Kll is right. I was craving chocolate for awhile out of the blue. My fav is a snicker bar. So I went out and bought one. It was a big one with two pieces, I had 2 tiny bites. I was satisfied. I gave the rest to my husband. Crave past and i didn't want anymore. I don't do it all the time, but haven't wanted it since. Good Luck Wendy
