I have a 14cc band. I eat less to 1/2 a cup. Yes you will but not for a while. It will be satisfying. Everyone is different don't compare yourself to anyone it will happen when your body is ready

What your talking about is head hunger and we all have it. It's all about putting your head in the right frame of mind. It's hard work and you can do it. If you mess up one meal no worries try the next time. You can do this and we are all here for support. Follow the rules your dr gives. Always ask questions. Good luck Wendy -

I did chicken backs and whole veggies so you can fish it out like turnip,carrots,celery parsnip and spices and of course water. Cook. That way i controlled the salt and spices. -

So i tried it tonight . I added my pb and chocolate protein powder cause it's what i had. Can't really taste the protein powder. The black bean soup is great. Put some in freezer already. Just yummy. Can i give it to hely to put on the FB recipe group she has, or you can. Wendy

So my gyno said it is time I take a baby aspirin- menopause ... Just bought the bayers 81mg. said it has nsads. does baby aspirin not have nsads. Can we take it cause i thought no nsads. Any input would be appreciated wendy

I agree with 2muchfun. Also restriction happens over a period of time. Sometimes a fill takes 10 to take effect. Most people don't feel restriction for a few fills. Happy Holidays. Go back to the dr orders Wendy
