I have never been a thin girl and watched my weight for many years. After the birth of my third child the weight that came onjust wouldn't go away. I tried diet, exericise (within my limits) and medications. The time in on these vs. the success rate always made me feel defeated and reverted me back to my bad habits. With each retreat came extra pounds and as my body changed so did my ability to lose anything. I was trapping myself in my own body and for awhile I didnt care. My eating habits affected my family as well and along with my gaining weight I poisoned my children. My youngest daughter was the biggest victim of my eating crime and her whole life she suffered. We, for ourselves, but moreso for eachother, decided to have lap band surgery together and I watch my baby suffer from the soreness from post-op I can't help but say what have I done.
I am committed to making this work for both of us. I want my life back and more importantly I want my daughter to have a life.
