I am noticing that some people are put on a 14 day liquid diet like me and some people only have 7 days or even 3 days? Some people can even eat solid foods like veggies or leans meats. I can't imagine how I am going to function in everyday life not eating anything but broth, sf jello & pudding & choke down protein shakes?? What do I do about fogginess or weakness? I have 88 pounds to lose before I am at a healthy weight. Any thoughts or ideas? Encouragement would be great..thanks.

HOLY motivation??? Wow thank you all so much, I couldnt of asked for more information, encouragement, and the kick in the pants that I needed. THANK YOU! As I was reading it I was thinking..shes right, ya, I never thought of it that way..this morning I had a revolation of sorts. I said to myself that this fast is the light to the top of the moutain. Its a dark road and to keep the lantern lit I need to stick to this...other wise the light goes out and the path to the top is dark. Silly? Maybe but, it got me thinking....And believing.

I have been waiting since June to get the date. I had to have my galbladder out first...I am eager to get on my way with. I am nervous abt getting in enough protein..i seen someone at the Dr's office and she was clearly losing her hair. I was astonished and fearful, I love my hair...i start the liver reduction diet tuesday...just wanted to introduce myself. Ty Jeneen

I am on the same liquid diet as Jenner and Ladyk, My date is 32 fourteen looonnng days of not eating. I started today and 17 hours later I am hungry and foggy. Popcicles never looked or tasted so good. Good luck!

No fear u came this far, I just had gallbladder surgery in Jan. The anatheshia is the greatest part. I was out before I hit the operating room. I am worried abt the shoulder pain I had with the galbladder surg. Its from the co2 and the sore throat from the breathing tub. But, it will be worth it when I can wear shorts this summer. I am on the liver reduction diet. Its tough so far..is yours total liquid diet?? Popiciles never tasted so good. Are u on facebook?

my surgery date is the same day! March 2nd.........i start my liver reduction diet tomorrow...i am having second thoughts, but I am sure that my feelings are normal. Just nervous and wondering how I am going to transition my life from all about eating to well not? How will I go weeks on end without eating....this forum helps though.
