HI! I am 27 years old, I have always been over weight but NOTHING like I am now. I'm not looking for a binkini body, but I do want to be confident about myself when I go out, have the energy to play with my daughter, and not be embarrased to be intiment with my husband. I have tried dieting and everything nothing works..but Im scared to do lapband...Looking for answers.
