I had my band in 2003 due to medical issues thrat prevented me from working out to lose weight. I have lost 65 pounds , but since my insureance now does not cover anyhting bariatic related I have not seen a doc in over a year ( I know, not good). I am maintaning my weight and working out 3x week.
