I have just been drinking protein shakes and eating soup. but since iv started eating (the past few days) i have gained two pounds. i am not eating a lot, but its more than just clear liquids. on clear liquids im sure i didnt get more than 100 calories or so, and other liquids it was more like 300. now im assuming the soup (cheesy potato) has more calories. but i really do have a restriction. i ate soup yesterday and it was just about a half a cup or so and i felt soooo full. my mom had gotten me a milkshake and no matter how bad i wanted it, i couldnt drink it. i was that full on the little bit of soup. but i still gained a pound. UGH.
i hope you have more success with losing weight when u get to weigh in. my surgeon did say not to worry about weight loss right now because this diet is crazy. now i know what he means!
