has anyone used this machine. i keep thinking about buying one. i like the precore but i have that at my gym. if anyone has one or used one before , can u tell me about it ?? do you like it. is it worth the money. ?? thanks

the better i look and feel, the easier it is to attract men. but my weight was my protection, now i feel vulnerable and i hate that..... but im busy every weekend and im learning to chill and not be so tough.... im lucky that the job i do involves lots of opportunity to meet men. most are very nice. i date a lot but im not intimate yet........... not ready to let someone that close unless i think they are top shelf....... im a flirt , but im not easy.................. if you know what i mean.

has anyone had to deal with the whole sexual harrassment issue at work. a man from the uppermost management has made it perfectly clear that he would like to ADVANCE my career....... he stopped by my office last nite. after hours for him...... came on so strong, telling me how smart and sexy i am. blah blah blah. i was so uncomfortable. im not sure how to respond. i have a good job and he is really popular. no one would believe me if i said he was coming on to me. i cant believe that im the first women he has done this too. i dont want any trouble or to even deal with this situation. im so tired of married old men coming on to me, but this one is my boss and he is very insistant........... i told him last nite that i wasnt interested in ADVANCING MY CAREER. he said he would give me more time to think about it. i am worried about retaliation. i already had trouble before with a coworker and he doesnt work here anymore. i did not report him but people saw how he was treating me and the did not renew his contract. so i got lucky that time. but now im freaking out. i dont need this now . i have too much on my plate already. i keep thinking " what am i doing to deserve this" i dont dress sexy at work. i wear scrubs. i dont flirt with men at work. so why me. im not weak or passive......... anyone else have to deal with this.........

good luck with your surgery. i had mine in mexico. no complaints. just be careful in mexico. tijuana has the drug cartel battles going on. some shootings and stuff. not a good time to go out walking around town or shopping. stick with your driver, hotel and doctor...

im 5 hours from my doctor. but it is worth it. maybe you can get your fills near your home. good luck. im sure it will work out ok. once you are losing you will be feeling good and maybe the drive wont be so bad. i dont mind the drive. i drive at nite and totally relax with good music and my coffee. it my down time.

i get that stabbing pain in the same spot from time to time. i dont know what it is. i checked my lab work. my lipase was elevated. now my lipase is normal, but on the high end. i havent had the pain lately. i tried to eat better and i think that is helping. im not worried about it. but maybe you should check your lab work to see if everything is ok.

im from maine. but i havent lived there for a long long time. i miss the beautiful falls there, but i dont miss the cold , the rain and the bugs. i miss my lobster and fried clams. omg. the best. hope u all are doing well with your bands. ayya.

i had my stitches taken out of my arms today. the doctor i work with took them out. he commented that dr. huacuz did a really good job. i am totally happy with how they look. still have a little swelling. but no infections and very little lines. so far so good. i bought some special scar cream to help the healing. i hope it works. feels so good to have the stitches out. they were driving me crazy.

i had a hard time when i turned 40. im 43 now. i felt like i had done everything i wanted to do . all my financial goals are met and my career was successful. i have traveled and done so much. so i felt like ok now what. so i went shopping. new fast sports car......... i got over that .... after a speeding ticket... now im ok with 40 ... but it was hard. i set new goals and feel like my life is really at the best place . the future is wide open...

ive never had juviderm. ill have to ask in mexico. i ll email the dr.info. dr. suarez. i cant remember his first name. he is so nice. another cute doctor. hmmm. come to think of it my veterinarian is hot and my farrier. hmm. i must know how to pick em..........

i used to live palm beach, i loved it. i was stupid to not wear sunscreen. i do now. i wear big glasses too. god forbid i start to squint. ruins the botox. you can get botox cheap in mexico . i love dr.suarez. he charges 120.00 per area. i pay 500.00 in scottsdale. so i try to get my botox when i get my fills.

im all about the botox. i get 30 units every six months. love it. it is my friend. i wish i had started 5 years ago. i say go for it. start now and dont get the wrinkles.

i totally love sushi, i can eat it sometimes. not right after a fill, i cant eat the california rolls due to the rice. they get stuck. everyone is different. you may be fine with it.
