Far back as I can remember I have been struggling with my weight since a child. It really began to become out of control the older I got. After having my first child I never really lost all of the baby weight. Six year down the road when our second princess came along baby weight (and mine [/font][/color][/size][font=comic sans ms,cursive][color=#222222][size=2][size=5] [/size][/size][/color][/font][font=comic sans ms,cursive][color=#222222][size=2][size=5] [/size][/size][/color][/font][font=comic sans ms,cursive][color=#222222][size=2][size=5] [/size][/size][/color][/font][color=#222222][font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=5]) was still there. So as you can guess yes I'm still carrying weight from our 2nd child. [/size][/font][/color]

[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=5][color=#222222]I have been considering lap band for a few years now, but just didn't know where to start. Finally after switching my primary care physician I was able to get a doctor that truly seen the struggle I was going thru. I had to complete a 6 month metabolic program which I started in Nov. 2011 and completed in April, before I took the next step to meet with a surgeon. I attended seminars and a few weight classes before I met with Dr. Shayani. He was awesome.[/color][/size][/font][color=#222222][font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=5] [/size][/font][font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=5]I absolutely love him and his team. Their approach to weight loss is like no other I have seen before with some weight loss programs. So now I am impatiently waiting for my primary doctor to process my referral and submit it so that I may schedule my surgery. I am nervous, scared, happy, and excited all at the same time. [/size][/font][font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=5]I haven't seen too many horror stories about the band, but still there is that fear that something might go wrong. Praying for the best, but......still nervous that this weight loss tool will not work for me. After saying all of that I am still onboard 110% with transforming the old me into a healthier new and improved me. I'm taking this one pound at a time and wishing for the best.[/size][/font][/color]
