    I was able to get up on the swim step of a wake board boat on the 4th of July weekend. One of my biggist fears, that I would be stuck in the lake not be able to get back on the boat. Wow what a wonderful feeling. Huge NSV for me. My all time favorite was when my daughter came out of her dance class a while back and said to her self who is that pretty lady ? Then I turned around and she said oh wow thats my mom.

    Well after going up and down 3 Lbs. Over the last week or so. I have stayed under 200 so I am calling my victory. I have lost 101. and I am living in Onederland agian for the first time in 17 years. I am very happy with my band. Wow what a wild ride this has been. I know in my heart that I made the best decision I have ever made. Thanks for all the support on this forum. Good luck newbies you can do it. Banded 03/11/10

    The only problem I have had flying is not fitting in the seat. LOL. I fit just fine now and I have flown quite a bit and have never had any problem at all.

    Love seafood. I eat it all the time. Have trouble with shrimp now but thats OK. I was wondering how a raw oster would work. But the more I think about it hmmm it could be a slidder food LOL......

    Thats really nice. You will make it Melzie. I am going to spread my mothers ashes this summer at a place we always went to as kids. We rode horses there every summer. So I to need to get down to horseback ridding weight as well. 3/11/10
