I had never considered surgery as a mean to my weight loss. I didn't like the idea of gastric bypass; I'd seen lap band commercial but i paid it no mind until recently. In November I recearched and decided on lap band. December was my consultation, I was approved February 3rd, and my surgery date is February 18th. I am 26 with no children. I am 5'5" 335lb. I am super excited and can't wait for a bikini;)
