I told myself I would visit this site everyday to feel connected. I have never been in a support group. My first month after surgury I lost 19 pounds but my total highest loss was 65---now I have gone up ten pounds. I know it is time to get back on track. I have been fighting the band and feel terrible about it. I guess I am just looking for people who have been through the same struggles and overcame them.
