i have a 10cc band got my first fill monday 5cc and i fill nothing

I had my first fill on Monday the 8th 5cc in, she said my band holds 10cc .. I feel nothing Kind of SAD She told me to come back in 2 weeks if im still hungry

Well you are not the only one. I did follow my post op diet. I has one week of liquid, 2 weeks of mushy and then to regular food . Once on regular food . I however cheated. For one week. I ate .A lemon chess tart, fried chicken leg, slice of pizza,. I how ever ,went for my first fill and still fill the same way . Hungry. I have picked my self up and started again. I measured my lunch and dinner for the next 3 days. You will do the same. Hang in there. I figure , take it one day at a time. I have lived a lifetime with this love for food and bad habits. But we have taken the step. I read something today that said One step at a time gets you in the right direction .

wondering how all Feb 4th banders are doing. I go for fill in the 8th . NEED IT BAD.

THanks for that , no one tells that they gained the weight, I go for first fill monday and I think im up a couple of pounds . I can eat anything , I fill ashamed

just checking on your progress i was also banded on Feb 4th , My first fill is on monday and i need it !
