Laura - I lost 25 lbs on the pre/post op liquid diets. Other than that, I'm just watching my calories. Can't really say I'm exercising, as I have no set schedule of workouts. I do own a swimming pool and am in it almost daily. But other than that, not a lot of exercise. I've been kind of plateaued for a few weeks, and I'm looking to jumpstart my system again. I'm attending a class reunion in August, and would really like to get in better shape before then. I think you're doing GREAT!! 31 lbs is awesome! Let's both keep up the good work!!
