    i was just banded last wed 1/27/10 and im supposed to do liquid diet for 2 wks the dietician said after 3 days i could have sf pudding and yogurt. spoke to them today and they said i could blend a banana into my protien shakes as well. a lil variety! ive lost 8 lbs so far
