i am now 3 and 1/2 years out from having the lapband surgery.. im a little disappointed in myself.. i have lost a total of 45lbs of my 100 i wanted to lose.. i admit i dont stick to the strict diet regimen i should.. i make and design cakes on side job..so i do taste test.. i have dysphasia( food gets stuck alot) but not because i always dont chew like im suppose to or that i eat to fast.. because it does alot.. but i deal .. and no the band istnt to tight.already saw dr..

well im only 35 and just had it done on jan 27th .. its not to bad..your sore but expected.. as long as you are willing to change your eating habits and know if you dont that this wont work.. she willbe fine
