i am post op over a year. my surgery was routine i was told. the pain after was more than i expected but manageable. i remember the hardest thing was getting out of bed- i kind of had to slither. the first year was easy this second year is  a lot more difficult. this year is more about my hard work and determination. although it is harder the challenge and great new clothes are a great motivation. i am half way ti my goal of 150 pounds. it is my hope i hit that by year 2 in september
