Im about to turn 40 and decided that I wanted to become healthier, breaking the hereditary traits of diabetes, and high blood pressure. I was 117 at my smallest weight before having my daughter at age 21. Eventually I got up to 289, however have been at 268 for the last few years. Its time to make a change. Im ready to take the journey and become a bandster for life.
