    Feeling a difference with p90x

Yeah I just stick to my lapband eating plan...I do however have access to the meal plan I can email that to you right now if you'd like but as long as you're burning what you're eating and taking in plenty of protein you'll be fine. Also if you're going to jump on p90x make sure you get their recovery formula from www.beachbody.com . it totally works and you need it after such an intense work out. I'll email you what i have right now.

    Feeling a difference with p90x

oh wow well good luck to you in your workout "rut", as for your questions...it will not get to 2-a-days till later in the program, i'm starting out with the first phase of it which is the "lean" phase so basically from the bottom rung. I work out with my BFF in my living room which gives us a space of about 8 x 6 or so. I dont have the chin up bar yet but I will get one once i'm required to use it. the trick is building yourself up through the program, if you're someone w/out a lot of strength or endurance its best to start out with the lean phase...if you're someone whose already active and can deal with the grind its best to do the P90 part which includes more weight work, as well as chin ups and pull ups. but in the dvds tony instructs you on ways to modify it i just havent got there yet. again good luck to you as well

Banded single men in N. Cali?

Yeah I get what you're going thru...though I've always had some success with the ladies...I carried my weight well being a little taller than most guys but, just goes to show you this past weekend I went out to a club for the first time since being banded, I'm only 18lbs down, but I kid you not I had 2 very attractive girls give me their numbers...voluntarily...like I didnt even ask...that has never happened to me. Look all I can say is enjoy it, sure theres alot of games but at the end of the day theres so many people in the world that those games shouldnt matter. If you feel like someone is stringing you along move on to the next one. The way I see it is we were born by ourselves (unless youre a twin) we die by ourselves too...I feel like I really dont need anybody but at the same time I'm nothing short of grateful for the people who do come into my life. Dont stress over it is what I'm trying to say. Enjoy it, do your thing, be you and someone will value that.
  8. Hey whats up just wanted to know if you're still doing p90x I saw something in a thread where you mentioned you had been doing it. I'd like to get your input since i just started doing it this week. Hope you're well take care.

  18. It took me about 3 weeks to feel decent again. It felt like a long two weeks but what got me through it is knowing that in the long run I was going to be fine. You have to tough it out and believe in the fact that you can only get better from here. You took the first step...the hardest step already be happy and grateful that you were presented with the opportunity to positively change your life, not just for yourself but for those around you in your life. Everyone here means something to the people in their lives and its everyones responsibility to realize that and be there for them because they are there for us. You did the right thing, you will get better, a little pain and a little discomfort thats all you need to tell yourself and you will be fine. :smile2:
