Thank you so much...this info was VERY helpful. if you dont mind me asking did you pay out of pocket or did the doctor take insurances.. if you paid out of pocket what is an estimate of cost.. sorry i ask so many questions im trying to figure out if i can get it done here or if i have to go back to the states to have it done... -
