Hi Joyce. THis is Sara in Ala. We had exchanged messages a couple of times in the spring. I was banded on 3-25. Just checking in to see how it is going with you. This process has been SLOW for me. I have had 3 adjustments and only now just begun to feel some restriction. Weight loss has been pretty non-existent, although I think I am down about 4 lb in the past 3 weeks, so that is something. I am trying to stay patient. HOpe yours is going great! Sara
