And it is for life too, I will always be searching for information, help and support. Even when I reach goal, I will continue to live with the band and need all the support I can get! Being smaller is so wonderful! My husband is satisfied that I have lost all the weight I need to at 64 lbs., But not me! I want that 100 lbs gone, so I will stay here reading being encouraged and helped by others honesty and experience with the band, until I gain the knowledge to live the rest of my life with it.
