I've been overweight all my life . As a child i was always the chubby one ,in school pictures i always stood out .As a teen still the chubby one in my group of friends.I remember not eating breakfast or lunch all of high school and even into my early twenties. thats when my weight really started to creep up 150 at 20. then at age 24 i had my first child omg im 170. will i ever be thin? Yes i yo-yo dieted ,worked out nothing! well i 'd lose a couple and gain it back .At 27 had my second child now im 195, here i go again trying to get the wieght off. Back down to 180 Ya! NOT!!! At 5 foot i look like a frickin rollie pollie!! BY the time i was 30  i was hating my life so really put my best foot foward to try once again to lose wieght for good!! well i dropped the ex and got down to 150 ! WOW 150 , i told myself i will NEVER be that FAT ever again!!!! (that is 195) Moved ,got a new job ,a new hunny,and my 3rd child ... well i put back on 20 pds... then another 10 ..180omg here i go again! up,up,up. Now 35 i was going to get the weight off once and for all!! so... i went to L.A. wieghtloss ... Ya i got back down to 168, hit a platue .. discouraged once again i gave up ,I'll always be fat!!!! So i quit going . For the next 3 and a half years  i did nothing but work and sleep. I had contiplated having surgery but nothing drastic . when i found out about the lap band it sounded like somethin that i would do. Some people at my work got the band and really LOST noticable weight . I thought this is for me . So this past april i switched health insurance beings that my doctor at kaiser would not give me a referal. My insurance activated on July1,2009 and by August 10th i was going in for my band !!!! Well If this doesn"t do it I don"t know what will. At 225 on surgery day i'm proud to say i've lost 19 pds. and i'm feelling great!!!! i have a long way to go but i'm in it for the long haul!!!!
